Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of salvoai.app and the SalvoAI platform. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SalvoAI is a sales platform for lead discovery, AI-assisted business outreach, lead tracking and ads reporting. It is offered as a free trial, a cloud subscription, or a self-hosted installation. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Free trial

The 14-day trial uses a demo workspace with sample data. Trial emails are not sent to real recipients. We may end or extend a trial at our discretion.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful business communication.
• Have a lawful basis for any contact data you upload, and respect unsubscribe requests.
• Do not send spam, misleading content, or messages to personal addresses without permission.
• Keep your login details safe.

4. Your data

You own the data you add to your workspace. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated content

The platform drafts emails using AI. You review and approve every message before it is sent and you are responsible for the final content.

6. Fees

Prices for the cloud and self-hosted plans are agreed in writing before you start. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension of the service.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SalvoAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request, we will export or delete your workspace data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
